About
About me
I am a counsellor working in private practice in the Cotswolds, offering therapy to individuals and psychological support to organisations.
My work is grounded in a belief that people make sense in context — and that emotional distress is often a response to pressure, experience, or environment rather than personal failure.
Experience and approach
My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. I aim to provide a calm and supportive space where clients can feel safe, understood and supported without judgement. Therapy should feel collaborative and manageable rather than pressured or overwhelming.
Alongside private therapeutic work, I have experience working in psychologically informed roles alongside statutory and forensic-adjacent services. This has shaped a careful, reflective, and ethically boundaried approach to all my work.
I value:
Clarity and transparency
Emotional safety
Respect for complexity
Working at a humane and sustainable pace.
