Counselling, Couples Therapy & Clinical Supervision
In Stratford-upon-Avon and online
Sometimes you know exactly why you're struggling. At other times, you simply know that something doesn't feel right.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted, struggling in your relationship, questioning patterns that keep repeating, or trying to understand yourself better.
I'm Emma, a BACP-registered psychotherapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor. I offer warm, practical and collaborative support for individuals, couples and counsellors, both face-to-face near Stratford-upon-Avon and online.
My work is particularly informed by trauma, relationships and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.
How I can help
Individual Counselling
For adults and young people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or neurodivergence.
We can work together to understand not only what you're feeling, but why — and begin finding ways forward that work for you.
Individual counselling — £60 / 50 minutes
Couples Counselling
For couples who still care about each other but have become stuck in patterns they can't seem to change.
You may be struggling with repeated arguments, communication, emotional distance, an affair or loss of trust, or differences in the way you each experience and communicate emotions.
Couples counselling isn't about deciding who is right. It's about understanding what is happening between you and finding different ways to reach each other.
Couples counselling — £75 / 50 minutes
Clinical Supervision
Supportive, reflective and practical clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors.
Supervision is a place to think openly about your client work, explore the things you're uncertain about and develop confidence in your own therapeutic practice.
60 minutes — £50 | 90 minutes — £75
A little about how I work
I don't believe therapy needs to feel overly clinical.
My approach is warm, curious and down-to-earth. I'm interested in helping you understand the patterns, experiences and relationships that have shaped how you feel and respond today.
My practice is CBT-informed, relational and trauma-informed, and I draw on different approaches depending on the person sitting in front of me.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what's wrong or what you want to talk about.
We can start with where you are.
Face-to-face or online
I offer face-to-face counselling and supervision from my private practice near Stratford-upon-Avon, alongside online sessions for clients and supervisees who prefer to work remotely.
